Here, again, I have not been quoted with a high degree of precision.  The Antique Pipe shop, for example,  is located in Houston, not Dallas.   Ms. Garr solicited my opinion of Monica Lewinsky's future as a Guess jeans model.  Much of my discourse with Tulane students had been directed toward subjects such as the nature of the universe, the phenomenon of conscious existence, divorce without marriage in America, the condition of our legal establishment, and a few other main themes.  I had seldom given a thought to Ms. Lewinsky, and hardly felt qualified to comment.  I regret that Ms. Garr failed to extend her inquiry into subjects about which I had been conversing with students for years.  I think she, and perhaps her readers, might have been more amused by my replies than anyone was likely to have been by my non-answer regarding Ms. Lewinsky.
